What did you learn from your internship experience?
Administrative support for the Beijing 2022 Winter Paralympics and International Para-sports Affairs was my main duty during the Internship at Korea Paralympic Committee. Through the Internship, I have gained more administrative assistant skills and proficiencies. It helped me build patience and pay more attention to details. What I have learned the most is to double, triple even quadruple check the work that has been done, especially when it is related to further tasks.
Do you think the Internship Program is important for DTM students?
As for all the interns, I think this program gave us a chance to know better about Korean working life and culture as well as Korean sports industry. The most valuable thing is that this is a great platform to build understanding and friendship, and to meet amazing people who are talented and heartful.
